Card package cost: $10 each plus 6% sales tax (12 cards per package)

Shipping & Handling: $4 for 1 package, $6 for 2 packages, $8 for 3 packages, $10 for 4-10 packages, $13 for 11 or more packages.

Orders must be received by December 15th

A $20 setup fee will be charged for custom card orders

Copy will be printed in black ink
Name only will be printed on the inside of cards
Name and return address will be printed on envelopes
Minimum order of 10 packages for custom personalization
